I encouter the problem when I was installing the patchset 8.1.7.4.

The original Oracle database is 8.1.7.0 running on SuSE SLES 7.2
(32-bit). Have installed the patchset 8.1.7.4 to the Oracle software.
Now trying to startup the database for the post-installation, got the
following error:

ORA-24323 (See ORA-24323.ora-code.com): value not allowed
ORA-03113 (See ORA-03113.ora-code.com): end-of-file on communication channel

Could sb let me what's wrong?
